Foundations for Bouldering
This class is aimed to help climbers build strong foundations for their climbing careers. We go over techniques, training exercises, and group skill sessions to help individuals break through any plateaus.
Intermediate Bouldering
If you’re looking to take your climbing to the next level, this class is for you! Designed for climbers at the V3-V5 level to learn more advanced techniques, introduction of specific training tools for injury prevention.
Weight Training for Climbing
Come forge your climbing power in our strength and conditioning class at Aesthetic. Build grip, core, and key compound movements targeting lifts for climbers. This class will help you move harder, climb longer, and break through plateaus.
Lead Climbing 101
Ready to move beyond top rope? Learn the skills to lead climb with confidence, clipping techniques, rope management, safe falling, and lead belaying. Build the knowledge and trust needed to take your climbing higher.
How to Rappel
Come master the art of descending with confidence. This class covers rappelling fundamentals with proper setup, device control, safety checks, and smooth descents so you can safely and efficiently get down from any climb.
