Take your child’s rock climbing and leadership skills to the next level in our Youth Programs.
We offer four different youth rock climbing programs for every member’s level of rock climbing interest and commitment in a safe, fun environment. Our teams compete all over California, Arizona & Nevada and we’ve consistenly ranked in the top 5 programs for all three states. ACG sends competitors to national competitions for bouldering and rope rock climbing.
Recreational Team
For all those who are new to climbing, this team focuses on the fundamentals of climbing and developing a love for the sport. Climbers will learn basic techniques, terminology, and team building skills. For ages 6-14 yrs old
Competitive Team
This program are for those athletes looking to train and build their confidence to start going to local competitions. Training is tailored to challenge physical and mental abilities to build strong foundations to compete at a higher level. For ages 7-18 yrs old
Elite Team
This team is for athletes looking to compete at the national level. Training programs are customized to each athlete, with the focus on leadership, developing mental strengths for competing at high levels to build top competitive athletes. For ages 8-18 yrs old.
Sprouts On Routes
Calling all Toddlers!! This class is for future climbers looking to learn the basics. Classes focus on having fun while developing gross motor skills through climbing activities. For ages 2-6 yrs old.
BUILDING COMMUNITY TRUST
Our experienced coaches offer hands-on personalized training. We support each climber to meet and maximize their ability and willingness to learn. Parents are essential supporters but not allowed to coach from the sidelines.

Motivation Through Activation
Coaches encourage every team member to use the gym and climb outside of practice hours. They provide specific rock climbing workouts and training during practice as well as training suggestions so members can train on their own.
