Intermediate Bouldering

This class is designed to sharpen your technique, unlock advanced movement skills, and give you the tools to tackle harder climbs with intention. Get personalized coaching to push past barriers and climb smarter.
For climbers comfortable on the wall and ready for the next level.
Weight Training for Climbing
Train smart. Climb strong.
Prevent injury, increase endurance, and build strength with workouts designed for climbers.

Slacklining Basics

Slacklining is an awesome cross-training activity that challenges your core, coordination, and mindset. Whether you want to improve your climbing or just try something new, this class is a vibe.
